About Rotimi
Sister, Singer & Friend
I love to sing! I can very easily trace this to my roots as my paternal grandfather was a classical tenor soloist, my dad had a beautiful baritone and my brother is a recorded artist with multiple albums. My maternal grandmother also had a mean alto so you could say I am surrounded by music. I serve on the worship team in my church and am probably better known for singing than for writing or speaking, given that I have been singing with a choir for more than 25 years.
Through my years of undergraduate study in Industrial Engineering to working my first job, I have been privileged to lead in various capacities – from Campus Fellowship to the Choir and to the Singles Fellowship. I have also been privileged to follow, to listen and submit even when I think I would do it differently. I have had a lifetime to grow and realize that I will only excel if I keep growing!
